We’ve modernized the ticketing experience! Traditional paper vouchers have been replaced with convenient E-tickets. Your clients will receive digital tickets using a unique code created specifically for you, making distribution simple, fast and efficient.

Prefer paper tickets?
Clients who wish to have a printed ticket can easily print a voucher at home during online checkout. Printing instructions will be included in their purchase confirmation email. Tickets can also be displayed on a mobile device at the door.

This new system also eliminates issues with illegible, incomplete, or incorrect information on redeemed tickets. All client contact information must now be entered completely and accurately online in order to receive their tickets via email—ensuring clean, reliable data for post-show reporting.

How does the VIP Ticket Program Work?

1. Place Your Order 

• • Complete the fillable online order form below
    • GMAR Members:  $20 per 100 tickets | Non-members: $28 per 100 tickets
  • Or download the VIP Ticket Order Form, complete it, and submit with payment to:

2. Choose Your Payment Method
   • • Pay by check or MasterCard/Visa (please note a 3.5% service fee applies to credit card payments)
3. Receive Your Unique Ticket Code
   • Once your order is processed, GMAR will email you a unique ticket code to share with your clients. This code can be distributed via email, mail, or text—paired with your personalized flyer provided by GMAR. Clients will use the code during online checkout on the State Fair ticketing website.
   • What about the personal message printed on the tickets?  Since E-tickets do not include the traditional four lines of printed text found on paper tickets, GMAR has created a flyer you can customize with your own message—and even add a logo—to accompany your unique code.

4. Receive Your Post-Show Report
   • Within two weeks after the Show closes, GMAR will email you a list of everyone who redeemed your tickets, including name, address, phone number, and email.
5. Ticket Redemption Fees
   • You will be invoiced $6 per redeemed ticket, capped at 25% of the total tickets ordered.
   • Example:
     • Order 200 tickets. 100 are redeemed. You are billed for only 50 tickets (25% cap)
     • Order 200 tickets. 10 are redeemed. You are billed for 10 tickets

Ordering Information and Timeline

Place your order by end of day Friday and your unique ticket code will be emailed to you the following Wednesday.

*After February 27, members may still purchase discounted industry tickets; however, those tickets do not work with the VIP redemption invoicing system.
