Become a Member

There are 3 categories for membership in the Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS®.

1. If you are a licensed sales agent or broker or a certified or licensed appraiser and are joining an established firm, you will be joining as a REALTOR® member.
2. If you are licensed broker or appraiser and are starting your own firm, or taking over a management position in an established firm, you will be joining as a Designated REALTOR® member.
3. If you do not practice real estate but are in fields which work with the real estate industry (i.e. mortgage brokers, lenders, movers, furniture companies, etc.) you will be joining as an Affiliate member.
